Launching the Account: These are the are elements needed for your cards.
All graphics should be saved as 300 dpi jpeg, CMYK
- Logo (required): 3 x 1.25
- Photo for each user (recommended!): 1.25 x 1.75. Captions can be added as part of the graphic, e.g. Jeff Smith, President.
- Corner Graphic (optional): You can archive a private library. 4.875 x 3, allows for 1/16 in. bleed top and left.
- Full Image Side (optional): For private library. 8.625 x 5.625, allows for 1/16 in. bleed all sides. Must be prepared in landscape format.
Adding Important Information: Be sure to take these steps:
- Personal information for each user: The system supports four lines of 45 characters that appear under the return address of each card. Uses include phone(s), email, website(s), slogans, etc. Access by: Account Information / Edit Information.
- Consider the Salutation line for each user. Mail merge functionality is supported but must be formatted properly using square brackets and the XM field label. Example: Dear [first name], works.
